I have finally created the 2022 calendar. The illustration was inspired by Gina Lollobrigida's 1968 movie 'Buona Sera, Mrs. Campbell'. What I mostly love about this movie is the technicolor and the gorgeous locations. It was shot in Cinecittà in Rome.
Sleep Log for Filofax and Happy Planner
I am in the process of changing my evening routine. I love going to bed early and I love watching a classic movie or travel video right before.., which is my way of relaxing.
I accomplish more in the morning, then at any other point of the day, but I limit my tasks to 3 maximum.., as I believe life is for living and not for following lists, don't you agree 😊
Hello November!
November is here, and that can only mean cooler mornings, warmer teas, blankets, hugs and cinema nights.. I for sure, will be working more then usual, due to the many new requests, as well as ideas for my shop. Lots more dashboards are coming, but also Travel and Christmas planners, which I hope you will like.
Have a beautiful and happy month. 🌸
Your Free 2021 Calendar is here!
It's this time of the year when you can finally, download your new calendar.
The theme for next year is Italy, hence your 2021 calendar also reflects this. :) Imagine drinking coffee in Rome, in one of the bars (bar is café in Italy), and looking at the Colosseum), then driving to Tuscany in the afternoon.
LANGUAGES LEARNING STUDY SET FOR FILOFAX AND A4/A5 RINGBINDER
Today, I would like to show you how I set up my languages learning folders. I have separate folders for French, Italian, Spanish and other languages. I usually use the A4 size, as I mostly learn at home. I also use the post-it-notes for writing words and memorising on the go. I listen and learn when I am walking or travelling. I try to listen to the same language lesson for one week. I practice at home, and then listen to the audio over and over on the go. The improvement after just one week is incredible.
My folder consists of 'words to learn', 'conjugation sheet', 'notes' for any grammar notes, new sentences, translations (from films or magazines etc) and memo notes. To see the languages video go to Patricia Atelier on YouTube or click image above.
I usually dedicate 1.5-2 years for learning a new language. I would like to speak fluently: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and Russian.
What are your language goals? :)
