I am in the process of changing my evening routine. I love going to bed early and I love watching a classic movie or travel video right before.., which is my way of relaxing.
I accomplish more in the morning, then at any other point of the day, but I limit my tasks to 3 maximum.., as I believe life is for living and not for following lists, don't you agree 😊
My dream is to wake up naturally between 5-7am, but I am struggling to be up at 7am. 😂
I have created this sleep log, which is helpful for the ones (like me) who want to go to bed early and wake up with the birds, as nature intended.. 🙃 🐦 🎼
